How to Register

Please fill out the registration form with the following required information, then EDUSA will handle everything else for you.

  1. Upon payment of the registration fee (which is non-refundable), you will receive a camp T-shirt, office record, and student accident insurance coverage.

  2. You should submit the necessary documents via email to support@edusallc.com.

  3. Additionally, a deposit is required to secure your spot in the camp. As spots fill up quickly, your spot cannot be guaranteed without a deposit, but if you follow the instructions we provide, it is possible. Register now!

Once you complete the application form, EDUSA will separately send you an email with instructions on how to pay the registration fee and deposit.

A copy of passport :

The participant's passport information can be used to process necessary procedures such as visa applications.

4 polio, 2 MMR, 5 DPT, 3 Hep B, and Varicella
